We also inform you that the Website contains links to external websites that are not covered by this Privacy Policy. This means that through a link on our Website, you will be redirected to an external website for which AMAGE Systems is not responsible, and in particular is not responsible for the principles of collecting and processing information about users using these external websites. By using the Website, the user agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
Amage Systems, we, our - AMAGE Systems Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków (ul. Kordiana 50A / 23 30-653 Kraków). Amage Systems offers services in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service) and On-Premises. For SaaS services, Amage Systems manages servers and databases which are under the administrative responsibility of Amage Systems. In the case of On-Premises services, servers and databases are located at the customer of Amage Systems and managed by Amage Systems.
GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data).
Website - a website belonging to Amage Systems, under which Amage Systems provides its services at: https://amagesystems.pl/ and the Amage Shell application, which is an application dedicated to mobile devices, whose task is to display information from the System Amage. The application does not contain internal logic and databases that store user data.
Amage System - technical and ICT infrastructure operating 24 hours a day, software for the implementation of services offered by Amage Systems.
Helpdesk - a web application available on the Website, through which selected employees of entities using the Amage System registered by us can make service cases. Helpdesk is an external application provided by Atlassian (atlassian.com JIRA Service Desk), hosted on Atlassian servers.
The administrator of personal data of users provided in connection with the use of the Website and the Amage System is AMAGE Systems Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków (ul. Kordiana 50A / 23 30-653 Kraków).
As is the case with most websites, the following data is routinely collected when visiting our website: name of the operator (IP address, anonymously), website from which our website was accessed, subpages visited on the website , browser type and date and duration of the visit. This information is subject to anonymous evaluation and cannot be used to identify visitors to the Website. The collected information is used only to improve the attractiveness and functionality of the Website. To this end, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational steps to ensure compliance with the provisions on the protection of data privacy. Merely viewing the content of the Website does not require the user to provide his personal data.
Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the user to whom the personal data relates and in cases where the law authorizes Amage Systems, as the data controller, to process the user's personal data.

Amage Systems, as the administrator of personal data, may entrust another entity, under a written contract, with the processing of personal data.
The use of some functionalities of the Website, Amage System and Helpdesk may be preceded by a registration process, which may involve the provision of personal data by the user. In this case, failure to provide personal data by the user may limit the use of certain functionalities.
Amage Systems may collect and process user data in the form of first and last name and e-mail address and possibly other data provided voluntarily by the user for the purpose of sending an inquiry or using the Helpdesk functionality and the Amage System. In this case, providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to answer the question, submit a request in the Helpdesk application, use the Amage System. By providing personal data, the user agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of making a return contact and answering the question, or permanent contact in connection with the service request. If we receive personal data, we store the received data securely. Only persons with special rights to access this personal data will have access to the user's personal data. The recipients of clients' personal data may be:
a) Atlassian as a supplier of technical and ICT infrastructure, software,
b) other entities acting on our behalf that provide and support Amage Systems. In the case of entities providing services to Amage Systems (i.e. acting on its behalf and on its behalf), Amage Systems will conclude a data processing agreement, and the data will be entrusted only to entities that guarantee an appropriate level of security of the entrusted personal data.
The user has the right to access their data, the right to request their rectification and the right to request their removal, the right to limit processing, transfer, object to data processing and the right to withdraw consent to data processing, subject to the principles resulting from the provisions on the protection of personal data.
Personal data received in the contact form and at the Helpdesk will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were made available or resulting from obligations imposed by law. When data storage is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized in a safe and permanent manner, or access to it will be blocked to the extent required by the relevant provisions on personal data retention. We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data. The website uses encrypted data transmission (SSL), which ensures the protection of data that identifies you and significantly makes it difficult for unauthorized systems or persons to intercept access to your data.
